Teaching

The dashboard was used as a community-engaged case study for the following courses and seminars:

UConn: Geography 1000, (Introduction to geography), Geography 3240 (Introduction to Health Geography), and Geography 5530 (GIS for Health and Environment)

Outside UConn: Introduction to GIS for Public Health: (Taught at Hartford Connecticut Children’s Hospital as Pass/Fail 13-week seminar). Here, the dashboard was used as an example, and student’s were taught how to recreate a small part of it.
